• Business Hours: We operate Monday to Friday. Weekend processing is limited to packing only. Shipping and dispatch are available Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.

• Shipping Carrier: We use Australia Standard Post for both domestic and international shipping.

• Delivery Times: Domestic orders (within Australia): 5–14 business days / International orders: 8–21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
